1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Zimarnk & Co, operated from the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Products

Zimarnk & Co offers a curated collection of Tech Gadgets. All products are carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it promptly. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately at hello@maisonajma.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for details. In summary, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Earrings and personalised pieces are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Faulty or damaged items will be fully refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, brand assets, and content on this website are the property of Zimarnk & Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zimarnk & Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
